Our Refund Philosophy

At InstaRank SEO, we believe in building trust with our customers. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both you and us. We offer a 48-hour refund window for unused services, giving you enough time to evaluate if our platform is right for you.

Eligibility for Refund

You ARE Eligible for a Full Refund If:

1You request the refund within 48 hours of your purchase
2You have not run any website audits using our platform
3You have not generated any reports or used any premium features
4You send the refund request via email to refunds@instarankseo.com

You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund If:

1More than 48 hours have passed since your purchase
2You have run any website audit (even partial)
3You have downloaded or exported any reports
4You have used any API integrations (Google Search Console, etc.)
5Your account has been suspended for Terms of Service violations

How to Request a Refund

Send an Email

Email us at refunds@instarankseo.com within 48 hours of purchase.

Use the email address associated with your InstaRank SEO account.

Include Required Information

Provide your account email, transaction ID, and purchase date.

You can find your transaction ID in your payment confirmation email.

State Your Reason (Optional)

Let us know why the service didn't meet your expectations.

Your feedback helps us improve our platform for everyone.

Wait for Confirmation

We'll verify your eligibility and respond within 24 hours.

You'll receive an email confirming your refund approval or explaining why it was declined.

Refund Processing

Note: Refunds are always processed to the original payment method. We cannot transfer refunds to a different account or payment method.

Subscription Cancellation

If you have a recurring subscription and wish to cancel:

You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
No prorated refunds for partial months
The 48-hour refund policy applies only to the first payment

Special Circumstances

We may consider refunds outside our standard policy in the following cases:

Technical Issues:If our platform was significantly unavailable or malfunctioning during your subscription period
Billing Errors:If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same service
Service Changes:If we significantly change or discontinue features that were essential to your purchase decision
