We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee on paid plans. If you request within 48 hours of purchase and have used less than 5% of your monthly API credits, you get a full refund to your original payment method, no questions asked. Past the 48-hour mark or beyond the 5% API-credits cap, we still consider refunds case-by-case under the "Special Circumstances" section below.
Eligibility for Refund
You ARE Eligible for a Full Refund If:
- 1You request the refund within 48 hours of your purchase
- 2You have used less than 5% of your monthly API credits on the plan you purchased
- 3You send the refund request via email to refunds@instarankseo.com
You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund If:
- 1More than 48 hours have passed since your purchase
- 2You have used more than 5% of your monthly API credits
- 3Your account has been suspended for Terms of Service violations

You can find your transaction ID in your payment confirmation email.

Subscription Cancellation
If you have a recurring subscription and wish to cancel:
- You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- No prorated refunds for partial months
- The 48-hour refund policy applies only to the first payment
Special Circumstances
We may consider refunds outside our standard policy in the following cases:
- Technical Issues:If our platform was significantly unavailable or malfunctioning during your subscription period
- Billing Errors:If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same service
- Service Changes:If we significantly change or discontinue features that were essential to your purchase decision
