We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
What data do we store?
Account information — Your name, email address, and profile picture from Google Sign-In
Audit data — SEO audit results, scores, and reports stored in your browser (localStorage and IndexedDB)
Subscription data — Payment and subscription status if you have an InstaRank Pro plan
Connected services — OAuth tokens for Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other integrations
How to delete your data
Clear local data immediately
Your audit results are stored in your browser. Clear them instantly by going to your browser settings and clearing site data for instarankseo.com, or click "Clear All Data" in your browser's developer tools (Application > Storage > Clear site data).
Request account deletion
Send an email to info@instarankseo.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
We process your request
Within 30 days of receiving your request, we will permanently delete your account, all stored data, OAuth tokens, subscription records, and any associated information from our systems. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
What happens after deletion?
- Your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
- All saved audit reports and project data will be erased
- Connected service tokens (GSC, GA4, etc.) will be revoked and deleted
- Any active subscription will be cancelled without further charges
- You can create a new account at any time using Google Sign-In
